Welcome to KAIA

No Smoking

  • No smoking indoors. Please step outside the apartment complex.

No Parties or Events

  • Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.

Quiet Hours

  • Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • To enhance your privacy and help maintain a comfortable environment, please close the curtains after dark.

Registered Guests Only

  • Only registered guests can stay overnight. Up to 2 day-visitors are allowed.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

  • For your security and convenience, KAIA uses a smart lock system.
  • Your access code will be provided before arrival.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Before leaving:
  • Turn off all air conditioners
  • Turn off lights
  •  Lock doors and windows
  • Make sure the door is locked when you leave

Nearest Hospital

  • Ocean Medical Clinic (Jacó):Private clinic offering emergency services, general medicine and various specialties located in Plaza Herradura. Tel: +506 4040-0808.
  • Care Clinic (Los Sueños, Herradura): Located just 15 minutes north of Jacó, Care Clinic – Los Sueños Resort & Marina offers clinic and pharmacy services. Tel: +506 2637-8610.
For major surgeries or complex emergencies, the closest options include:
  • Metropolitan Hospital (Quepos): Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes south. It has an emergency room and various specialties. 
  • San José Hospitals: If you need a high-complexity hospital, a trip to the San José area takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes via Route 27.

Air Conditioning

  • Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
  • Turning off the AC when leaving helps reduce energy consumption and protects the environment.

Please remember to log out of your personal accounts before departure.

Washer & Dryer

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available inside the apartment.

Please Note

  • Do not overload the machines.
  • Use only the recommended amount of detergent.
  • Clean the lint filter after using the dryer.

Swimming Pool

  • Please do not walk inside the building wet.
  • Enjoy the pool area and follow all posted community rules.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Sun Loungers

  • Sun loungers are available for all residents and guests on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
  • Please be considerate of others and avoid leaving towels, personal belongings, or other items on loungers when they are not actively being used.
  • Thank you for helping ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy these shared amenities.

Pool Tables

  • Pool tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Please be considerate of other guests and limit usage during busy periods.

Gym Area

  • Located on parking level 3, right of the elevators.
  • Guests are welcome to use the gym during operating hours.
  • Please wipe down equipment after use.

Yoga Deck

  • The Yoga Deck is available by reservation only.
  • If you would like to use this space for yoga, meditation, stretching, or private wellness activities, please contact me in advance so i can help coordinate your reservation.

Club House (Ranchito)

  • The Ranchito is available upon prior request and reservation.
  • If you plan to use this space for gatherings or meals, please contact me in advance to confirm availability.
  • Guests are kindly asked to leave the area clean and in the same condition in which it was found.
  • Located on parking level 3, right of the elevators.
  • A dedicated coworking space is available for remote work and virtual meetings.
  • Please keep phone calls at a respectful volume.
