I’m a Costa Rican host and the person behind KAIA Jacó.

I’ve always enjoyed creating spaces where people can feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely welcome. When I decided to open the doors of KAIA, my goal wasn’t simply to offer a place to stay—it was to create a space where I would love to stay myself.

Every detail has been carefully considered with my guests in mind: a calm and inviting design, functional spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere whether you’re here to unwind or work remotely.

As a host, I value clear communication, thoughtful organization, and attention to the little details that make a stay memorable. I strive to make the arrival process smooth and stress-free, and I’m always happy to share recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and hidden gems around Jacó.

To me, hospitality is about much more than providing accommodation. It’s about making every guest feel cared for—from the moment they book until long after they’ve checked out.
